1. What we collect
- Buyer account data — name, email, license info, identity verification result, IP, and consent timestamps.
- Call data — caller phone number, vertical, source, duration, recording (where permitted), and routing metadata.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To operate the service: route calls, bill buyers, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve product quality.
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers (telephony, payments, identity verification, analytics) under contract, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
We retain call and consent records for as long as required by TCPA compliance and tax/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize.
5. Your choices
Buyers can request export or deletion of their account data by emailing privacy@callbase.app. Consumers whose calls were routed through Callbase can also request deletion.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure.
