Saved quotes
Private to you in this account. Saves the displayed comparison—not applicant details, a live rate lock, or an application. Health saves include only the current results page.
Connect your call platforms
Bring reporting from accounts you manage elsewhere into one view. Callbase never routes, pauses, bills, or changes these outside campaigns.
Your connections
Credentials stay encrypted and are never shown again after you save.
Only reviewed Actions published by the server will appear. Connecting a provider does not make unsupported work available.
How outside data works
CRM Operations
Connect HubSpot, govern typed mappings and sync policies, and review every conflict before either side is overwritten.
Connections & health
Private-app tokens are encrypted and are never displayed after connection.
Mappings & object policies
Typed field mappings, direction, frequency, and system of record are configured per object.
Preview & approved jobs
Cleanup, reconcile, and backfill require a preview and explicit approval. Batches are bounded to 100 records.
Conflicts & resolution
Both-side changes stop for review. Supported choices are keeping CRM with a safe local update, or dismissing for manual review.
Sync history
Per-record outcomes show created, updated, unchanged, conflicted, skipped, and failed work.

Browser call history
Outside calls Externally managed
Reporting from connected platforms. Callbase did not route or bill these calls.
Browser Phone requires desktop
Use Callbase on a desktop to receive live browser calls. You can still review calls and performance here. External forwarding is unchanged.
Operating Desk
Your phone, live call context, and SAGE sales guidance in one steady workspace.
These calls are not marketplace calls. Browser Voice remains separate from Retreaver billing, prepaid credits, and publisher payouts.

Meet your coach.
I’ll learn just enough about your experience and focus areas—then we’ll get straight to practice.
Your last practice did not leave enough detail for Sage to use as a baseline. Nothing was scored. Choose how you want to try again.
Let’s try one short opening. Nothing will call your phone unless you choose “Call me” and give consent.
Finish your short opening so Sage can prepare one useful starting focus. This is practice, not a score.
Your setup is saved, but Sage does not have a completed baseline response to use yet.
Sage will name a strength only when measured evidence supports it.
Sage is preparing one bounded next focus.
Your next conversation starts here.
Your current focus will appear as Sage learns from practice and consented real-call evidence.
How calls become coaching
When enabled, Callbase AI processes completed calls with available recordings. Successful runs can produce a transcript, call analysis, coaching, and decisive moments grounded in that conversation.
Reading vs. running AI
Opening Sage, reviewing saved coaching, and reading prior patterns never starts paid processing. New call analysis, roleplay, and a manual win/loss refresh are separate AI runs.
- Read-only: Open saved call coaching and patterns
- Read-only: Review practice progress
- Usage-priced: Process a completed call
- Explicit approval: Practice and pattern refresh actions
Actual prices, after completion
No surprises. Actual prices are locked in when a run completes. We only charge for successful runs. If a call fails to process or a transcript is empty, you pay $0.00.
Charges accrue and appear on your weekly invoice.
Access and the off state
Callbase AI is opt-in and follows your account's existing call, transcript, and consumer-data permissions. Turning it off stops new automatic call processing while your saved insights and historical coaching remain available.
Train the next conversation
Choose a fast rep, rehearse the whole call, or revisit a real decision point without recreating the original caller.
Practice history
Reopen completed fictional-prospect phone practices and download their saved scorecards.

New campaigns use your available Callbase balance, with no additional payment to create a campaign. Calls can start once account and campaign setup are complete. Existing call credits, Agency-funded purchases and postpaid invoices keep their original terms.
Campaign prices include the number, telephony and included processing. Deposits do not activate a campaign. Included scorecards are not an additional charge. Optional paid Sage work still requires its own estimate and approved maximum.
Spending controls
Daily and monthly maximums for new paid Sage reservations. Included processing is never charged.

Commissions
Reconcile carrier statements with your book of business. Callbase reports matches and differences for review; it does not determine whether a payment was correct.
